What is a common sign about Modern Text Critics?
Almost NO modern Text Critic believes that the Biblical Text is preserved today. They take the Traditional Text of the Church and add/combine Codex Vaticanus and Sinaiticus and whatever else they find. The sum total of this mixture results in currently over 400,000 differences. This knowledge destroys the Critics belief in Preservation as well as Inspiration and Inerrancy.
Note: within the over 5000 Manuscripts in the Text Receptus there are also differences. However, with a proper collation the Text is properly established.
